Midgley West Imperial Porcelain Tile

Midgley West Imperial Porcelain Tile
Midgley West Imperial is porcelain tile. Every piece in the line is 13/32" thick, so nothing sits proud of its neighbour. Porcelain takes water and traffic better than most tile, so the same piece works in an entry and in a bathroom. See it at our Mississauga and Barrie stores, or browse online.

Why Imperial Stands Out

Most tile decisions come down to one question: will it still look right after ten years of wet boots and dropped keys?

In simple terms: Midgley West Imperial is a porcelain tile collection from Midgley West for floors and walls. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it at both stores and installs it with our own crews.

The range runs in 24" x 24", 1" x 1", 12" x 24", 12" x 10" and 2" x 2" formats with polished and natural finishes. Colourways include Statuario x24, Calacatta Bianco, Calacatta Bianco x24, London Grey x10 and London Grey. Wear rating runs PEI 4, the number that decides how much floor traffic a glazed tile takes.

Decision line: Imperial suits kitchens, bathrooms, entries and busy floors as well as walls. Polished faces read bright but run slick when wet, so keep them off shower floors and entries.

Tile is quoted as a whole job here, preparation, waterproofing where needed, grout and labour by our own employed crews, never subcontractors. See how we work on the tile installation page, then come compare Imperial in person at our Mississauga or Barrie store; a full piece under room light reads differently than any photo.

Still Have Questions?

Quick answers about this collection before you buy.

What is Midgley West Imperial?
Midgley West Imperial is porcelain tile. Every piece in the line is 13/32" thick, so nothing sits proud of its neighbour. Porcelain takes water and traffic better than most tile, so the same piece works in an entry and in a bathroom.
Where can Imperial be used?
Porcelain is fired dense, so floors, walls and wet areas are all in play, including showers and entries. Match the finish to the room: polished surfaces are slick when wet, matte and textured finishes grip better.
Do you install Imperial?
Yes, with our own employed installation crews rather than subcontractors, for residential and commercial projects. Tile work is quoted with preparation, waterproofing where needed, and grout included, so the number you get is the whole job.
Where can I see Imperial near me?
You can see it at both Squarefoot Flooring stores, in Mississauga at 700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, and in Barrie at 112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4. A full sample under room light reads very differently from a photo, so come compare it in person before deciding.
