Midgley West Imperial Calacatta Beige Tile 24"x24" - Polished

Imperial Calacatta Beige, 24" x 24", hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. The polish throws light around, which helps a dark room, but a polished face is slick once it is wet. Worth thinking twice before it goes on a shower floor or just inside a front door. Fired denser and harder than ceramic, porcelain takes traffic without showing it. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 11.63 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 10 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores keep it out, so you can put it beside your cabinet door or a paint chip before you commit.
