Polished gives you the reflective surface, and the trade is grip: wet polished tile is slippery, so keep it off a wet floor and enjoy it on a wall or a dry room. Fired denser and harder than ceramic, porcelain takes traffic without showing it. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 9.69 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 12 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Expect a lot of grout with a sheet this small, so the grout colour will do as much to the finished look as the tile does.
