Polished gives you the reflective surface, and the trade is grip: wet polished tile is slippery, so keep it off a wet floor and enjoy it on a wall or a dry room. Porcelain is the hard wearing one, which is why it ends up in the rooms that get walked through. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range.
