It has a hand-scraped surface, gently undulating for a crafted look, and comes in a 7-1/2"-wide plank. Beneath the surface, a dimensionally stable engineered core keeps Crown flat over concrete, in a basement, or through Ontario's seasons where a solid board would cup, and the real-wood wear layer can be refinished.
