In simple terms: Grandeur Flooring Finsa XXL is a 12mm AC6 rated water-resistant laminate, waterproof enough for kitchens, baths, and entries. We carry it and install it in-house.

That construction is what lets Finsa XXL go where ordinary laminate cannot: kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries, and anywhere a spill or wet boot is part of daily life. The range includes tones such as Aneto, Cervino, Denali, Elgon, and Everest.

The build behind that: Finsa XXL runs a 12mm board on the thicker end of the range, which gives a solid, quiet step and bridges minor subfloor irregularities better than thin planks. It carries an AC6 wear rating, the toughest residential and commercial class. The surface is finished with a natural wood-look texture. It installs with a glue-free floating click installation that keeps labour costs down and lets the floor be lifted and reused later. It has a water-resistant core, which lets it handle the spills and humidity that would swell a standard laminate at the joints.

Decision line: choose Finsa XXL for any room that meets water, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries; for dry bedrooms and living rooms, a standard laminate will also do the job for less.
