In simple terms: Next Floor Rosecliff 459 is luxury vinyl tile, a stone-look floor that is built to take real-life traffic. Squarefoot Flooring carries it and our own crew installs it.

This is a loose lay floor: no adhesive, no locking system, just a heavy grip backing that anchors each tile by friction. The appeal is simple, it goes down quickly and comes up just as easily when a tile needs replacing or you need under-floor access. It has a 20 mil wear layer, the sweet spot for busy homes and light commercial rooms, well above the builder-grade 6 to 12 mil you find in big-box vinyl. With vinyl, the mil rating tells you more about longevity than the overall thickness does. It carries an IIC rating around 72 and an STC around 63, so it clears the sound-transfer rules most GTA condo boards set, a common sticking point in high-rises. Tiles come in a 12 by 36 inch format. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. It is also FloorScore certified for indoor air quality.
