A flat, dry subfloor is essential. It uses a 4.7 mil wear layer, suited to lighter-traffic residential rooms. Because it is 100% waterproof rather than just water-resistant, you can put it in the rooms that rule out wood and laminate, full baths, laundry rooms, kitchens, and basements. Tiles come in a 12 by 24 inch format. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. It is GREENGUARD certified. It is backed by a 20-year residential warranty.
