In simple terms: MSI Surfaces Trecento is a stone-look vinyl tile that handles water, pets, and busy rooms without complaint. We carry it and install it in-house.

This is a rigid-core vinyl tile, engineered to stay flat and stable over uneven subfloors and through temperature swings, and it floats into place without glue. It has a 12 mil wear layer, enough for normal household traffic in bedrooms, living rooms, and quieter spaces. Because it is 100% waterproof rather than just water-resistant, you can put it in the rooms that rule out wood and laminate, full baths, laundry rooms, kitchens, and basements. It carries an IIC rating around 26 and an STC around 72 plus an attached acoustic pad, so it clears the sound-transfer rules most GTA condo boards set, a common sticking point in high-rises. Tiles come in a 12 by 24 inch format. It is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and GREENGUARD certified. It is backed by a Lifetime residential and 10-Year commercial warranty.
