Because it is 100% waterproof rather than just water-resistant, you can put it in the rooms that rule out wood and laminate, full baths, laundry rooms, kitchens, and basements. With an IIC rating around 73 and an STC around 64, it meets the sound ratings most Toronto and Mississauga condo boards require, which is often the deciding factor in a high-rise. Tiles come in a 12 by 32 inch format. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. It is also FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and phthalate-free.
