With an IIC rating around 73 and an STC around 64, it meets the sound ratings most Toronto and Mississauga condo boards require, which is often the deciding factor in a high-rise. Tiles come in a 12 by 32 inch format. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. It is also FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and phthalate-free.
