Midgley West Pietra Lavica Gryphea Tile 24"x24" - Lappato

Pietra Lavica Gryphea, 24" x 24", hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. The lappato finish is part polished, part matte, which gives you some shine without the full slip of a polish. Porcelain is fired dense enough that water is not an issue, indoors or in a sheltered spot outside. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 4 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. Work on 11.63 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 10 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
