Midgley West Ghost Grey Tile 36"x36" - Matte

Ghost Grey at 36" x 36" is large format, so you get far fewer grout lines and a floor that reads as one surface rather than a grid. A matte surface stays reasonably grippy wet and will not throw glare across the room. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 4 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. A box holds 17.39 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 7 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
