Midgley West Ghost Grey Tile 24"x48" - Matte

The Ghost Grey in 24" x 48" is large format, so you get far fewer grout lines and a floor that reads as one surface rather than a grid. Matte is the safer finish underfoot once water gets on it, and it hides the day to day better than a polish does. Because it is porcelain the body is dense all the way through, so a chip does not show a different colour underneath the way it can on a glazed ceramic. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 4 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. Work on 15.5 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 8 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
