Midgley West Ghost Taupe Mosaic Tile 2"x2" Quadretti - Matte

Ghost Taupe, 2" x 2", comes on a mesh sheet, which is the only sensible way to tile a shower pan or wrap a curved wall. The matte face keeps some grip when it is wet and does not show every water mark, which is why it is the usual pick for a bathroom floor. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 4 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. Work on 3.88 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 29 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Expect a lot of grout with a sheet this small, so the grout colour will do as much to the finished look as the tile does. It is on display in Mississauga and Barrie if you want to see a full sheet rather than a photograph.
