Midgley West Ghost Grey Tile 12"x24" - Matte

The Ghost Grey in 12" x 24" is the everyday format, and it is popular for a reason: it covers ground quickly and still works around fixtures without a pile of offcuts. Matte is the safer finish underfoot once water gets on it, and it hides the day to day better than a polish does. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 4 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. A box holds 11.63 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 10 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Both our Mississauga and Barrie stores have it out, and we can get you a loose piece to take home.
