Lee Flooring Signature T Series Water-Resistant Laminate

Lee Flooring Signature T Series is a 12mm AC4 rated water-resistant laminate, with a water-resistant core for the spills, pets, and wet boots that come with kitchens, baths, and entries. See it at our Mississauga and Barrie showrooms, or browse online.

Near a kitchen sink or a back door in an Ontario home, the first thing a cheap floor does is swell at the seams.

In simple terms: Lee Flooring Signature T Series is a 12mm AC4 rated water-resistant laminate, waterproof enough for kitchens, baths, and entries. We carry it and install it in-house.

The Signature T Series range is built around an embossed wood-grain surface. The range includes tones such as T01, T02, T03, T04, and T05.

The construction backs up the look. Signature T Series runs a 12mm board on the thicker end of the range, which gives a solid, quiet step and bridges minor subfloor irregularities better than thin planks. It carries an AC4 wear rating, a step above standard that holds up to busy family households, hallways, and main floors. The surface is an embossed wood grain for a natural look and a little underfoot grip. It installs with a drop-lock click system, a glue-free floating install that keeps labour costs down and lets the floor be lifted and reused later. It is rated for 72 hours of surface water protection, which in practice means a spill, a melting ice cube, or a wet boot will not swell the seams as long as it is wiped up in good time. It is backed by a 30-Year residential warranty. That construction is what lets Signature T Series go where ordinary laminate cannot: kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries, and anywhere a spill or wet boot is part of daily life.

Decision line: Signature T Series is the pick wherever water is a factor, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries; keep a standard laminate for the dry rooms to save.

We install Lee Flooring Signature T Series with our own crew, never subcontracted, across the GTA, Barrie, and Simcoe County. Most laminate problems trace back to the subfloor, so we level it, underlay it correctly, and finish the transitions. More on the laminate installation page.

Worth seeing in person, since grain and sheen read differently across a floor. Signature T Series is at our Mississauga and Barrie showrooms; contact us to check stock, or compare on the vinyl vs laminate guide.
