Lee Flooring Soho 98 Series Laminate
In a bedroom or living room, laminate is the practical wood-look floor, as long as the durability matches the traffic.
In simple terms: Lee Flooring Soho 98 Series is a 12mm AC4 rated laminate, a hard-wearing wood-look floor for the dry living areas of a home. Squarefoot Flooring carries it, and our own crew installs it.
Here is what you are actually buying. Soho 98 Series runs a 12mm board on the thicker end of the range, which gives a solid, quiet step and bridges minor subfloor irregularities better than thin planks. It carries an AC4 wear rating, a step above standard that holds up to busy family households, hallways, and main floors. The surface is embossed in register, so the texture lines up with the printed grain and the floor reads and feels like real wood rather than a flat photo. It installs with a drop-lock click system, a glue-free floating install that keeps labour costs down and lets the floor be lifted and reused later. It is backed by a 30-Year residential warranty.
In practice Soho 98 Series covers main floors, hallways, living rooms, and busy family spaces comfortably, with a water-resistant line the better pick for wet rooms. The range includes tones such as 98003, 98005, 98006, 98008, and 98009.
Decision line: for a typical main floor, Soho 98 Series has the durability you need; save the water-resistant lines for wet rooms.
Installation is in-house across the Toronto and Mississauga area, Barrie, and Simcoe County, with no subcontractors. A floating floor needs a flat, dry base, so subfloor prep and underlayment are where we spend the time. See the laminate installation page.
We keep Soho 98 Series at both showrooms so you can judge it under room light. contact us about availability, or browse the full laminate range for more options.
