COREtec Monterey Oak luxury vinyl plank from the COREtec Pro Classics collection features an SPC rigid core construction with attached 1 mm cork underlayment for improved comfort and sound control. Monterey Oak COREtec offers a versatile wood-look design in a 7" x 48" plank format with a micro bevel edge for subtle plank definition. This SPC vinyl plank flooring is constructed with 5 mm thickness and a 4 mm core plus a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer to resist wear, scratches, and daily foot traffic. Designed as a waterproof vinyl plank flooring solution, it provides 100% waterproof protection and installs using an Angle/Tap system for floating or glue-down installation.
