Fuzion Flooring Crema Engineered Hardwood

Fuzion Flooring Crema is oak engineered hardwood, real wood over a stable core, rated for below-grade rooms and radiant heat. See it at our Mississauga and Barrie showrooms, or browse online.

Engineered hardwood gets dismissed as the budget option, which misses the point: it is real wood built to go where a solid plank fails.

In simple terms: Fuzion Flooring Crema is engineered hardwood, which means a real oak surface over a cross-layered core. You get the look of solid wood with the stability to put it over concrete or in a basement. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it and installs it in-house.

Decision line: choose Fuzion Crema when you want genuine hardwood that will stay flat over a slab or in a basement.

The detail behind that: It is real oak, a warm, familiar grain that takes stain well and suits almost any room. The real advantage is underneath: a cross-layered engineered core that stays flat through Ontario's dry winters and humid summers, where a solid plank would cup or gap. That is why it can go on, above, or below grade, including basements and concrete slabs, and over in-floor radiant heat, places solid hardwood cannot. Planks run 7 1/2 inches wide, a wide-plank look that shows off the grain. A low-sheen finish keeps dust and footprints from showing. The planks have micro-bevelled edges, which frame each board and hide the slight height differences that come with real wood. It carries a 35-year residential and lifetime structural warranty.

We install Fuzion Flooring Crema with our own team, not subcontractors, across the GTA, Barrie, and Simcoe County. The method depends on the subfloor, glued to concrete, floated, or nailed to plywood, and a flat, dry base matters more than anything. Read how we work on the hardwood installation page, or see our projects.

Wood reads differently across a full floor than in a sample chip, so it is worth seeing Fuzion Crema under room light at either showroom. Because it is rated for radiant heat, it also pairs with the in-floor heating membranes we stock. Contact us to check availability, or browse the full hardwood flooring range.
