COREtec Retro Revival CR504 Butterscotch Oak luxury vinyl plank flooring features a WPC construction designed for durability and everyday residential performance, available at Squarefoot Flooring in Mississauga and Barrie. Butterscotch Oak COREtec is built to 8 mm thickness with a 22 mil (0.55 mm) wear layer and UV Acrylic finish for resistance to scratches, wear, and daily foot traffic. COREtec Butterscotch Oak includes an 8-29/32" x multi-length plank format (30-1/8", 41-15/16", and 72-1/16") with a pressed bevel edge profile for natural plank character. Installation supports floating or direct glue methods using an Angle/Tap system, and an attached 2 mm cork underlayment enhances comfort and sound absorption. This waterproof vinyl plank flooring is 100% waterproof and each carton covers 17.8 sq ft. Backed by a lifetime residential resilient limited warranty and a 10-year medium commercial warranty. Butterscotch Oak carries a golden caramel oak tone with soft natural grain movement suited for warm farmhouse and casual transitional interiors. SKU: CR504-04069.
