COREtec Pro Plus Enhanced VV492 Westlake Hickory luxury vinyl plank flooring features an SPC Solid Polymer Core construction designed for durability and everyday residential performance, available at Squarefoot Flooring in Mississauga and Barrie. Westlake Hickory COREtec is built to 5 mm thickness with a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer and UV Acrylic finish for resistance to scratches, wear, and daily foot traffic. COREtec Westlake Hickory includes a 7" x 48" plank format with an enhanced painted bevel edge profile for defined plank character. Installation supports floating or direct glue methods using an Angle/Tap system, and an attached 1 mm cork underlayment enhances comfort and sound absorption. This waterproof vinyl plank flooring is 100% waterproof, GreenGuard Gold Certified, and each carton covers 28.84 sq ft. Backed by a lifetime residential resilient limited warranty covering defects, wear, waterproof, and petproof performance, and a 15-year heavy commercial warranty. Westlake Hickory carries a warm caramel-and-cream hickory tone with contrasting natural grain variation suited for farmhouse and rustic contemporary interiors. SKU: VV492-02045.
