COREtec San Marino Elm luxury vinyl plank from the COREtec Pro Enhanced collection features an SPC rigid core construction with attached 1.2 mm cork underlayment for enhanced comfort and sound control. San Marino Elm COREtec delivers a clean wood-look design in a 9-1/16" x 72-13/16" plank format with an Enhanced Painted Bevel edge for a refined appearance. This SPC vinyl plank flooring is built to 5.2 mm thickness with a 4 mm core and a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer to support durability under daily use. Designed as a waterproof vinyl plank flooring solution, it is 100% waterproof and installs using an Angle/Tap profile for floating or glue-down installation.
