Berlin Pine from the COREtec Pro Enhanced collection is an SPC luxury vinyl plank flooring available at Squarefoot Flooring in Mississauga and Barrie. COREtec Pro Enhanced Berlin Pine is built to 5.2 mm total thickness (4mm SPC + 1.2mm cork) with a 20 mil wear layer, UV acrylic finish, enhanced painted bevel edge, and Angle/Tap floating or direct glue installation. Pro Enhanced Berlin Pine COREtec features an extra-wide 9-1/16" x 72-13/16" long plank format, covering 36.64 sq ft per carton. This SPC vinyl plank flooring is 100% waterproof. Berlin Pine offers a cool pale German capital city-grey pine tone with natural fine grain suited for Bauhaus modernist and everyday contemporary professional interiors.
