London Elm from the COREtec Pro Enhanced collection is an SPC luxury vinyl plank flooring available at Squarefoot Flooring in Mississauga and Barrie. COREtec Pro Enhanced London Elm is built to 5.2 mm total thickness (4mm SPC + 1.2mm cork) with a 20 mil wear layer, UV acrylic finish, enhanced painted bevel edge, and Angle/Tap floating or direct glue installation. Pro Enhanced London Elm COREtec features an extra-wide 9-1/16" x 72-13/16" long plank format, covering 36.64 sq ft per carton. This SPC vinyl plank flooring is 100% waterproof. London Elm presents a cool dark British capital city-charcoal elm tone with natural bold grain suited for London parks and everyday sophisticated urban interiors.
