In simple terms: Next Floor Regatta is a 10mm AC4 rated water-resistant laminate. It is meant for the rooms where water is part of daily life, and our own crew installs it.

That construction is what lets Regatta go where ordinary laminate cannot: kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries, and anywhere a spill or wet boot is part of daily life. The range includes tones such as Barkwood, Heritage Oak, Icelandic Oak, Organic Oak, and Platinum Blonde.

The build behind that: Regatta runs a 10mm board that feels solid underfoot and helps deaden sound in a room. It carries an AC4 wear rating, a step above standard that holds up to busy family households, hallways, and main floors. The surface is embossed in register, so the texture lines up with the printed grain and the floor reads and feels like real wood rather than a flat photo. It installs with a click-lock system, a glue-free floating install that keeps labour costs down and lets the floor be lifted and reused later. It has a water-resistant core, which lets it handle the spills and humidity that would swell a standard laminate at the joints. It is backed by a Lifetime residential and 10-year commercial warranty.
