Fuzion Flooring Nautiq Pro Water-Resistant Laminate

Fuzion Flooring Nautiq Pro is a 12mm water-resistant laminate, with a water-resistant core for the spills, pets, and wet boots that come with kitchens, baths, and entries. See it at our Mississauga and Barrie showrooms, or browse online.

The fastest way to ruin a laminate floor is to put a water-shy one where life actually happens, by the stove, the tub, or the entry.

In simple terms: Fuzion Flooring Nautiq Pro is a 12mm water-resistant laminate. It is meant for the rooms where water is part of daily life, and our own crew installs it.

Nautiq Pro runs a 12mm board on the thicker end of the range, which gives a solid, quiet step and bridges minor subfloor irregularities better than thin planks. The surface is embossed in register, so the texture lines up with the printed grain and the floor reads and feels like real wood rather than a flat photo. It installs with a Valinge angle-and-drop click system, a glue-free floating install that keeps labour costs down and lets the floor be lifted and reused later. It is rated for 200 hours of surface water protection, which in practice means a spill, a melting ice cube, or a wet boot will not swell the seams as long as it is wiped up in good time.

That construction is what lets Nautiq Pro go where ordinary laminate cannot: kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries, and anywhere a spill or wet boot is part of daily life. The range includes tones such as Cyclone Shores, Hurricane Cay, Sea Storm Oak, Storm Breaker, and Tempest Hickory.

Decision line: choose Nautiq Pro for any room that meets water, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries; for dry bedrooms and living rooms, a standard laminate will also do the job for less.

Installation is in-house across the Toronto and Mississauga area, Barrie, and Simcoe County, with no subcontractors. A floating floor needs a flat, dry base, so subfloor prep and underlayment are where we spend the time. See the laminate installation page.

A photo flattens the texture, so see Nautiq Pro in person before deciding. It is at both showrooms, you can contact us for current stock, and the vinyl vs laminate guide helps if you are still choosing a material.
