Purelux Floors Imperlux Vinyl Plank Flooring

Purelux Floors Imperlux is luxury vinyl plank with a rigid SPC core, 100% waterproof, a 20 mil wear layer, carried and installed by Squarefoot Flooring. See it at our Mississauga and Barrie showrooms, or browse online.

Waterproof, hard-wearing, and warmer underfoot than tile: that combination is why vinyl ends up in so many Toronto kitchens and finished basements.

In simple terms: Purelux Floors Imperlux is a wood-look vinyl plank that handles water, pets, and busy rooms without complaint. We carry it and install it in-house.

The build and the spec: SPC stands for stone polymer composite, and that core is the point: it is hard, rigid, and stable, so the plank stays flat over uneven subfloors and ignores the temperature swings that move cheaper vinyl. It clicks together as a floating floor. The 20 mil wear layer puts it in heavy-residential, light-commercial territory, which is where vinyl earns its keep in a family home. With vinyl, the mil rating tells you more about longevity than the overall thickness does. Water is a non-issue: it is 100% waterproof through the whole plank, which is what makes it the go-to for bathrooms, kitchens, and below-grade rooms. Planks run up to 8 inches wide and 70 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. The surface is embossed in register, so the texture follows the printed grain and reads convincingly like wood. On the health side, it is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and GREENGUARD certified. Colours in the range include Bondi, Cardiff, Coronado, Del Mar, and Imperial Beach.

Our own crew installs Purelux Floors Imperlux across the Toronto and Mississauga area, Barrie, and Simcoe County, never subcontracted. A floating vinyl floor still needs a clean, flat base, so we level and prep first, then finish the trim and transitions. See our vinyl installation page.

Decision line: Imperlux is the choice when you want a thin, rock-solid, fully waterproof floor that hides an imperfect subfloor and goes just about anywhere.

A sample chip never shows how Imperlux looks across a whole room. See it at our Mississauga or Barrie showroom, contact us about availability, and compare materials on the vinyl vs laminate guide. See more Purelux Floors options on our Purelux Floors page.
