Next Floor Organica 592 Vinyl Plank Flooring

Vinyl has quietly become the floor of choice for kitchens, basements, and busy households, and for one simple reason: water does not bother it.

In simple terms: Next Floor Organica 592 gives you the look of real wood in a waterproof, hard-wearing vinyl floor. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it and installs it with our own team.

The build and the spec: This is a PVC-free rigid vinyl, built largely from plant-based materials, so you get the waterproof, stable performance of rigid core with a lower-VOC, more sustainable makeup. Water is a non-issue: it is 100% waterproof through the whole plank, which is what makes it the go-to for bathrooms, kitchens, and below-grade rooms. It carries an IIC rating around 68 and an STC around 63, so it clears the sound-transfer rules most GTA condo boards set, a common sticking point in high-rises. Planks run up to 9 inches wide and 60 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. On the health side, it is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. It is backed by a Lifetime Wear residential and 20-Year Wear commercial warranty. Colours in the range include Chateau Oak, Sandbar Oak, Sunlit Prairie, Grainfield Oak, and Spiced Honey.
