Midgley West Slash Ivory Mosaic Tile 2"x2" - Natural

The Slash Ivory in 2" x 2" is small enough to follow a slope, which is why sheets like this keep turning up on shower floors and in wet rooms. The natural surface keeps its texture, which is what you want where feet arrive wet. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. A box holds 6.78 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 17 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Expect a lot of grout with a sheet this small, so the grout colour will do as much to the finished look as the tile does. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
