The Slash Ivory in 24" x 48" is large format, so you get far fewer grout lines and a floor that reads as one surface rather than a grid. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. A box holds 16.13 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 7 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece.
