Midgley West Slash Ivory Tile 24"x48" - Structured

Slash Ivory at 24" x 48" is large enough that the subfloor has to be flat first, because a tile this size telegraphs every dip underneath. The look is worth the prep. Porcelain absorbs almost no water, which is what lets it go into a shower, a mudroom or a covered porch without any fuss. A box holds 7.97 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 14 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. It is on display in Mississauga and Barrie if you want to see a full sheet rather than a photograph.
