Midgley West Marmi Apuani White Mosaic Tile 2"x2" - Natural

The Marmi Apuani White in 2" x 2" comes on a mesh sheet, which is the only sensible way to tile a shower pan or wrap a curved wall. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. Fired harder and denser than ceramic, porcelain copes with freeze and thaw as well, so a covered porch or a three season room is fair game. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 4 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. Each box covers 4.84 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 23 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Expect a lot of grout with a sheet this small, so the grout colour will do as much to the finished look as the tile does.
