Midgley West Lims Ivory Tile 24"x24" - Natural

Lims Ivory at 24" x 24" is where most floors land. It suits a bathroom, a kitchen, an entry or a whole main floor without looking out of scale. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. Porcelain is fired dense enough that water is not an issue, indoors or in a sheltered spot outside. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. A box holds 16.06 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 7 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
