Midgley West Lims Antracite Tile 24"x24" - Natural

Lims Antracite, 24" x 24", is the everyday format, and it is popular for a reason: it covers ground quickly and still works around fixtures without a pile of offcuts. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. A box holds 16.06 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 7 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
