Lims Ivory at 24" x 48" makes a small room look bigger, mostly because there is so little grout breaking up the surface. The natural surface keeps its texture, which is what you want where feet arrive wet. Porcelain is the hard wearing one. It is what we put down in a hallway, an entry or anywhere boots and grit arrive. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 15.5 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 8 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage.
