Midgley West Lims Beige Tile 12"x24" - Natural

Lims Beige at 12" x 24" is the size most bathroom and kitchen floors settle on. Big enough that you are not grouting all weekend, small enough to cut cleanly around a vanity. The natural surface keeps its texture, which is what you want where feet arrive wet. Because it is porcelain the body is dense all the way through, so a chip does not show a different colour underneath the way it can on a glazed ceramic. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Each box covers 16 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 7 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
