Midgley West Lims Beige Tile 24"x24" - Natural

Lims Beige at 24" x 24" hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. The natural surface keeps its texture, which is what you want where feet arrive wet. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 16.06 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 7 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
