Richmond Flooring Flexfit Pro Tile Vinyl Tile Flooring
Good vinyl is not about the picture on the plank, it is about the wear layer on top and the core underneath.
In simple terms: Richmond Flooring Flexfit Pro Tile gives you the stone and marble look in a waterproof, hard-wearing vinyl floor. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it and installs it with our own team.
Decision line: choose Flexfit Pro Tile for large open areas, commercial spaces, or anywhere a dead-flat, no-bounce floor matters, and budget for proper subfloor prep.
The detail behind that: This is a flexible glue-down vinyl. Bonded to the subfloor with full-spread adhesive, it stays put under heavy traffic and rolling loads, which is why it is a fixture in offices and busy commercial spaces. The trade-off is that it demands proper subfloor prep to look right. It has a 20 mil wear layer, the sweet spot for busy homes and light commercial rooms, well above the builder-grade 6 to 12 mil you find in big-box vinyl. With vinyl, the mil rating tells you more about longevity than the overall thickness does. Water is a non-issue: it is 100% waterproof through the whole tile, which is what makes it the go-to for bathrooms, kitchens, and below-grade rooms. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. On the health side, it is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and GREENGUARD certified. It is backed by a Lifetime residential and 15-year commercial warranty. Colours in the range include Pure Carbon, Nuvo Calacatta, Smokestack, Hearth Stone, and Warm Ivory.
We install Richmond Flooring Flexfit Pro Tile with our own team, not subcontractors, across the GTA, Barrie, and Simcoe County. It glues directly to the slab or subfloor, which only works over a smooth, level surface. Read how we work on the vinyl installation page, or see our projects.
Vinyl reads differently across a full floor than in a small sample, so it is worth seeing Flexfit Pro Tile in person at either store. Contact us to check current stock, or browse the full vinyl tile range. For more on what waterproof really means, see our is flooring waterproof guide.
