COREtec Pro Premium Fairhaven Oak is built to 6 mm total thickness (5mm SPC + 1mm cork) with a 20 mil wear layer, enhanced integrated bevel edge, and Angle/Tap floating or direct glue installation. Pro Premium Fairhaven Oak COREtec features a 7-1/8" x 49" plank format, covering 16.97 sq ft per carton. This SPC vinyl plank flooring is 100% waterproof. Fairhaven Oak features a warm golden fair harbour-amber oak tone with natural organic grain suited for New England coastal and everyday casual classic interiors.
