Shaw Floors Dwell 3080V Vinyl Plank Flooring

Shaw Floors Dwell 3080V is luxury vinyl plank with a rigid WPC core, 100% waterproof, a 20 mil wear layer, carried and installed by Squarefoot Flooring. See it at our Mississauga and Barrie showrooms, or browse online.

Waterproof, hard-wearing, and warmer underfoot than tile: that combination is why vinyl ends up in so many Toronto kitchens and finished basements.

In simple terms: Shaw Floors Dwell 3080V is luxury vinyl plank, a wood-look floor that is 100% waterproof and built to take real-life traffic. It is WPC, Squarefoot Flooring carries it and our own crew installs it.

The build and the spec: This is a WPC floor, a wood-polymer composite core that is rigid like SPC but with a little more give, so it feels warmer and softer underfoot and runs quieter, a nice touch in kitchens and rooms you stand in for a while. The 20 mil wear layer puts it in heavy-residential, light-commercial territory, which is where vinyl earns its keep in a family home. With vinyl, the mil rating tells you more about longevity than the overall thickness does. It is 100% waterproof top to bottom, not merely water-resistant, so kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements, and entries are all fair game. An attached acoustic underlayment cuts down sound transfer and adds a little underfoot comfort, and it saves a separate pad on install. Planks run up to 9 inches wide and 60 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. It is backed by a Resilient Lifetime residential warranty. Colours in the range include Fireside Brown, Genuine Greige, Cozy Taupe, Light Roast, and Gossamer Grey.

Our own crew installs Shaw Floors Dwell 3080V across the Toronto and Mississauga area, Barrie, and Simcoe County, never subcontracted. A floating vinyl floor still needs a clean, flat base, so we level and prep first, then finish the trim and transitions. See our vinyl installation page.

Decision line: Dwell 3080V is the warmer, softer-feeling option, a good fit where comfort underfoot is worth a slightly thicker board.

A sample chip never shows how Dwell 3080V looks across a whole room. See it at our Mississauga or Barrie showroom, contact us about availability, and compare materials on the vinyl vs laminate guide. See more Shaw Floors options on our Shaw Floors page.
