Next Floor Center Point 464 Vinyl Plank Flooring
Waterproof, hard-wearing, and warmer underfoot than tile: that combination is why vinyl ends up in so many Toronto kitchens and finished basements.
In simple terms: Next Floor Center Point 464 is luxury vinyl plank, a wood-look floor that is built to take real-life traffic. Squarefoot Flooring carries it and our own crew installs it.
Here is what matters on this one. This is a glue-down (dryback) vinyl, meaning each plank is adhered directly to the subfloor rather than floated. That makes it rock-solid underfoot with no movement or hollow sound, ideal for big open areas and commercial rooms, and a single plank can be replaced without disturbing the rest. A flat, dry subfloor is essential. It carries an IIC rating around 71 and an STC around 64, so it clears the sound-transfer rules most GTA condo boards set, a common sticking point in high-rises. Planks run up to 6 inches wide and 48 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. It is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. It is backed by a Lifetime Wear residential and 30-Year Wear commercial warranty. Colours in the range include Cocoa Hickory, Winter Hickory, Faded Hickory, Rich Hickory, and Natural Oak.
Decision line: choose Center Point 464 for large open areas, commercial spaces, or anywhere a dead-flat, no-bounce floor matters, and budget for proper subfloor prep.
Installation is in-house and never subcontracted, across the Toronto and Mississauga area up to Barrie and Simcoe County. We check the subfloor, prep it, and set the floor, then handle the trim. Browse our projects or the vinyl installation page.
Vinyl reads differently across a full floor than in a small sample, so it is worth seeing Center Point 464 in person at either showroom. Contact us to check current stock, or browse the full vinyl plank range.
