MSI Surfaces Ashton 2.0 Vinyl Plank Flooring
If a room sees water, pets, or heavy traffic, vinyl tends to be the practical answer, as long as you read past the photo to the build.
In simple terms: MSI Surfaces Ashton 2.0 is a wood-look vinyl plank that handles water, pets, and busy rooms without complaint. We carry it and install it in-house.
The build and the spec: This is a rigid-core vinyl plank, engineered to stay flat and stable over uneven subfloors and through temperature swings, and it floats into place without glue. It has a 12 mil wear layer, enough for normal household traffic in bedrooms, living rooms, and quieter spaces. Planks run up to 7 inches wide and 48 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. A low-sheen matte finish keeps glare and footprints down. It is also FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and GREENGUARD certified. It is backed by a Lifetime residential warranty. Colours in the range include Beckley Bruno, Stableton, Dillion Fog, Benton Blonde, and Sunnyset.
Our own crew installs MSI Surfaces Ashton 2.0 across the Toronto and Mississauga area, Barrie, and Simcoe County, never subcontracted. A floating vinyl floor still needs a clean, flat base, so we level and prep first, then finish the trim and transitions. See our vinyl installation page.
Decision line: choose Ashton 2.0 where you want a low-maintenance, water-friendly floor that still looks the part.
We keep Ashton 2.0 at both stores, where the texture and colour read properly. Contact us for stock, or start from our Toronto and Mississauga vinyl pages.
