Queenstown from the Grandeur Pacific collection is an SPC luxury vinyl plank flooring available at Squarefoot Flooring in Mississauga and Barrie. Grandeur Pacific Queenstown is built to 7 mm total thickness (5.5mm SPC + 1.5mm EVA) with a 20 mil wear layer, UV lacquered matte finish, four-sided micro bevel edge, and Drop-Lock click system. Pacific Queenstown Grandeur features a 7" x 48" plank format rated IIC 72/STC 70, FloorScore and GreenGuard certified, covering 18.91 sq ft per carton, and installs on, above, or below grade. This SPC vinyl plank flooring is 100% waterproof. Queenstown features a cool pale New Zealand alpine lake-grey tone with natural fine grain suited for Queenstown resort and South Island casual interiors.
