With a heavy-duty 20mil wear layer and 100% waterproof performance, this flooring is well-suited for busy homes, condos, and moisture-prone areas. The 7” x 48” planks showcase a UV lacquered matte finish, medium color variation, and 4-sided micro bevel edges for an authentic plank appearance. Installation is simple using the Drop-Lock system, and the flooring is approved for on, above, or below-grade applications. FloorScore and GreenGuard certified for indoor air quality, Golden Bay also supports radiant heat with limitations and provides excellent sound ratings of IIC 72 and STC 70. Each box covers 18.91 sq ft, with matching trims and vents available.
