Olympia Tile Unicolour Anthracite Polished Porcelain Tile 12" x 24"

Large tile means fewer grout lines to scrub, and a room reads bigger with them. Unicolour Anthracite gives you that in 12" x 24".

In simple terms: Unicolour Anthracite is a 12x24 porcelain tile for dry floors and walls, indoors.

It is the polished finish in Anthracite from the Olympia Tile Unicolour range. The actual size is 11.69" x 23.62", or 29.7 x 60 cm.

It is 8.5 mm thick. It is rated for medium to high commercial traffic. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, hallways away from the entry door, kitchen backsplashes, shower and bathroom walls, feature walls and busy commercial floors such as stores and offices. Pick it over a smaller tile when you want fewer grout lines; pick smaller if the floor is out of level.

Each box holds 8 pieces and covers 15.34 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft living room floor takes 10 boxes, or 11 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 8 boxes with the 10% extra included.

It is listed for outdoor use, but a polished face gets slick when wet, so we would not put it on a patio, steps or a pool deck. On a floor, keep the polished face out of showers and away from entry doors where wet boots come in, because it gets slick when wet.

In this size, Unicolour also comes in Beige, Black, Cement Grey, Dark Grey and Light Grey. Anthracite also comes in 24" x 24".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Unicolour Anthracite in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
