About this product
Urban Soft at 33" x 33" is large format, so you get far fewer grout lines and a floor that reads as one surface rather than a grid. Satin is the middle ground: a little sheen, none of the glare, and easier to live with than a full polish. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 2 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. A box holds 22.9 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 5 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. It is on display in Mississauga and Barrie if you want to see a full sheet rather than a photograph.
