About this product
Urban Off White at 33" x 33" makes a small room look bigger, mostly because there is so little grout breaking up the surface. Satin is the middle ground: a little sheen, none of the glare, and easier to live with than a full polish. Because it is porcelain the body is dense all the way through, so a chip does not show a different colour underneath the way it can on a glazed ceramic. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 2 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. Work on 22.9 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 5 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Worth seeing in person in Mississauga or Barrie, because lighting changes tile more than people expect.
