Midgley West Supreme Exotic Brown Tile 12"x24" - Honed

Supreme Exotic Brown, 12" x 24", hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. Honed is the flat, soft sheen you get from grinding without buffing. It looks calmer than a polish and marks less obviously. Fired harder and denser than ceramic, porcelain copes with freeze and thaw as well, so a covered porch or a three season room is fair game. The PEI 2 rating puts it in a bathroom or a bedroom. It is not rated for a hallway or a kitchen floor. Work on 11.63 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 10 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Worth seeing in person in Mississauga or Barrie, because lighting changes tile more than people expect.
