Midgley West Supreme Exotic Brown Mosaic Tile 2"x2" - Honed

Supreme Exotic Brown at 2" x 2" is small enough to follow a slope, which is why sheets like this keep turning up on shower floors and in wet rooms. A honed surface sits between matte and polished: a little depth, none of the glare, and better underfoot than a full polish. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. The PEI 2 rating puts it in a bathroom or a bedroom. It is not rated for a hallway or a kitchen floor. A box holds 3.88 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 29 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. There is far more grout per square foot here than with a big tile. Pick the grout colour deliberately, because it is half of what you will see. Both our Mississauga and Barrie stores have it out, and we can get you a loose piece to take home.
