Midgley West Statuario Tile 48"x110" - Polished

The Statuario in 48" x 110" is slab format. Handled properly it reads as stone rather than as tiling, but it is not a weekend job. A polished face looks deeper and brighter than a matte one. It also shows footprints and gets slippery wet, so place it accordingly. Fired denser and harder than ceramic, porcelain takes traffic without showing it. PEI 5 is the top of the wear scale. It will take commercial traffic without showing it. Each box covers 36.66 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 4 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
